Each reborn doll is a handcrafted work of art, created with meticulous care and premium materials. Because of the handmade nature of our creations, minor variations are natural and expected.

All Sales Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are considered final.

  • Minor artistic differences from photos are not defects.
  • Natural variations in coloring and detailing are expected.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your doll arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging, label, and damaged area.
  • Keep all original packaging until your claim is reviewed.
If damage is verified, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion. Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility.

Custom Orders

  • Custom dolls are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Custom items are only returnable if damaged in transit.

Authorized Returns

If a return is approved:

  • The doll must be returned in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless damage is verified.
  • The item must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Customs delays or import fees
  • Normal wear after delivery
  • Improper handling or modifications

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees (if applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
